For the 20th consecutive year, April has been designated Stress Awareness Month which increases public awareness about both the causes and cures for this national epidemic. Let’s face it, we are all stretched to the limit trying to accomplish as much as possible in 168 hours per week. If you subtract the hours spent sleeping & working, there is not that much time left to dedicate to that never ending list of to do’s.
